(More customer reviews)I got one of these in 1992 while living in Australia and it's utility really surprised me. Tossing salads for parties is a breeze in it. I only brought a few things back to the states with us and Big Bowl was one of the essentials. We used it for so many picnics and potlucks it became a joke with family: "Just bring it in 'Big Bowl', my sister would say" Sadly, I melted mine on the hot burner of a stove (an accident!) and miss it dreadfully. I look forward to when it's available again!
